MANAGEMENT TEAM
Shane Argyle... (Founder
& President) Argyle has dedicated over fourteen
years to the success of Conduit and all of its stakeholders.
He joined the Company in 1989 while working on a B.A.
degree in Business Management at the University of
Utah. He graduated Cum Laude in 1991. He continues
his education as a member of a worldwide organization
for CEOs, which meets monthly for training. He encourages
all employees to continue their education through
a tuition reimbursement program. Argyle has worked
as Operations Manager, VP of Operations, and since
1995, as President and CEO. He has had the distinct
privilege of working with many dedicated individuals
through the Company’s growth period, which peaked
at approximately 5,000% from 1990 to 2000. Argyle
resides in West Jordan, Utah where he enjoys spending
time with his wife and four children engaged in a
variety of wholesome activities.
Lynn Evans... Operations
Manager
Prior to taking the position of operations manager
when Conduit was created in late 2003, Lynn was a
fourteen-year veteran of Conduit's parent company,
IntegraCore. Raised in Murray, Utah, in a large family
with an enviable work ethic, Lynn applies values learned
from his youth to his management style and daily responsibilities.
A graduate of Salt Lake Community College, Lynn is
continuing his education at Weber State University
where he studies history and English. Known for his
slow-cooked, hickory-smoked pork barbecue and ribs,
Lynn designed his own large capacity grill one summer
to bring one of his favorite hobbies to crowds. He
also enjoys Civil War history, baseball, traveling,
and spending time with his wife and two children.
They reside in Bountiful, Utah, with their popular,
well-behaved yellow lab, Duke.
