What's the difference between
a CD-R and a CD-ROM?
A CD-R is a recordable CD that is best suited for
professional looking, small runs of CDs (under 1000)
that require a quick turn (1-3 days). A CD-ROM is
a read only CD that is more economically suited to
larger runs, but averages 7-10 days to produce. Both
CD-R duplication and CD-ROM replication is available
with 4 color process. A client service representative
will help you determine whether a CD-R or CD-ROM would
be a better value for the project you are considering.

How much data does a CD-R
or CD-ROM hold?
A CD-ROM holds 650 MB of data or 74 minutes of audio.
A CD-R can hold up to 700 MB of data or 80 minutes
of audio.
What types of packaging does
Conduit offer?
We can provide custom printed CD sleeves and mailers,
retail boxes, jewel cases with printed inserts, user
manuals, registration cards, and any other type of
packaging you need to get your software to your end-user.
What's the normal turn-time
for a CD-ROM project?
Usually a typical project can take 8-10 business days
to complete. The day that we receive all your data
and art files is considered day 0.
What input media do you need
in order replicate my CD-ROM or CD-R?
We prefer your original CD-R, or you can post the data for your master to our ftp site, or even an e-mail attachment, however additional set up fees may apply.
Are there any types of content
that Conduit won't duplicate?
Yes. If your product is pornographic, contains explicit
lyrics, or promotes racial, ethnic or religious hate
or bigotry, we will not duplicate it. Conduit
reserves the right to determine what constitutes acceptable
content. In addition, you or your company must have
full and unregulated rights to your content in order
for us to reproduce it.
What are your payment terms?
We accept Visa, Master Card, and American Express.
You may also apply for Net 30 terms by filling out
